AskTheTrainer.com: Year 3 of Development
In the 3rd year of development the big project for AskTheTrainer.com is adding to the fitness equipment review section. Thus far we have provided a general overview of gym equipment, home gym equipment as well as most recently posted the Top 5 Cardio Machines article which details the most up to date list of the best cardio machines available.
AskTheTrainer.com will consider a variety of perspectives when reviewing gym equipment. In addition to the general consumer who wants the best piece of equipment to accomplish their fitness goals each piece of fitness equipment will be analyzed from the perspective of personal trainers in small gym settings as well as corporate gym settings. Our mission is to provide the most detailed information about fitness products possible to help various consumers make the best choices which will in turn help everyone stay fit.
AskTheTrainer.com: First 2 Years of Development
AskTheTrainer.com was launched May 1, 2008 and in just over 2 years it has gotten bigger and bigger. The first year of development focused primarily on creating an exercise information and Exercise video Library to help people in establishing a fitness program and keeping it fresh and avoiding plateau by using a wide variety of exercises for the whole body.
In addition to adding to the personal trainer Q & A including the Answers.AskTheTrainer.com blog the 2nd year of AskTheTrainer.com development focused more towards helping current and future personal trainers improve their knowledge and service. The Personal Trainers Only section was designed to give personal trainers a resource where they could use the knowledge of veteran personal trainers to avoid the mistakes that inevitably happen when someone starts a career in any field.
The section includes college degree reviews from over 2 dozen and counting current successful personal trainers and fitness entrepreneurs to show prospective trainers which college programs are out there and how certain programs shape the future personal trainer. The Personal trainers section of AskTheTrainer.com culminates with the comprehensive How to Become a Personal Trainer Guide which overviews the very best path to become a personal trainer for people in a wide variety of life situations.
I
n addition to the information for personal trainers the Personal Training Guide was also completed. The guide was designed to help people go through the process of working with a personal trainer as soon as they even think about a personal trainer. Everything from finding, choosing, working with as well as firing a personal trainer is covered in the personal training guide. As well as the personal training guide a huge Online Personal Training sub site (OnlineTraining.AskTheTrainer.com) was launched to help both personal trainers who want to take their business online as well as people who want to work remotely with a personal trainer.
